Improve Efficiency with
Guard HEPA Filters
Individual testing is done on each Guard HEPA Filter to ensure it meets the strictest international standards and the customer’s chosen resistance and efficiency levels at the filter’s declared capacity. The test label with each filter has a lot of information about grades and how well they work. Guard HEPA Filters eliminate 99.99% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and other particles in the air, even those as small as 0.3 microns. It is the same width as the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS). Your lungs should breathe in cleaner air, and it also makes your house more comfortable.

TESTING
We have an in-house facility to conduct DOP tests on Somebody to meet international standards for developing HEPA filters. A scan test showed that the Guard HEPA filter must work at least 99.99% of the time. We put a lot of DOP through each filter and used a particle counter to see how well it worked. The scanners checked the media pack and pack frame for leaks over 01% of the upstream concentration at 100 fpm face velocity.

While making Guard HEPA filters in a clean room, we ensure they meet the strict international standards to keep the air clean and stop airborne particles from entering:
-Retention of particles inside the room
-Temperature
-Humidity
-Pressure
DEVELOPMENT
Using Aluminium Separators
-thermostatic hot-melt glue for even spacing
-6mm x 19mm polyurethane standard gasket made to fit on either or both sides of the filter.
-Packaging made of high-quality glass fiber paper that is resistant to moisture and folded into small pleats that are close together.

In this type of filter, we use an aluminium separator as a spacer.

Thermostatic hot-melt adhesive for uniform spacing.
